摘要

目的:观察心悦胶囊治疗冠心病心功能不全气虚血瘀型的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将2007年5月

009年10月106例冠心病心功能不全气虚血瘀型患者随机分为治疗组54例与对照组52例

均以西医常规治疗

治疗组加用中药心悦胶囊;2组均以4周为1个疗程

1个疗程后判定2组心功能疗效。结果:①治疗组临床总有效率98.15%

对照组88.46%;②心脏彩色多普勒超声心动图

射血分数（Ejection fraction

EF）:治疗组治疗前36.11%

治疗后51.12%

0.05。③治疗组患者治疗后6 min步行距离改善更显著。结论:在西医对症处理基础上加用心悦胶囊治疗冠心病心功能不全疗效满意。并且用药过程中未见不良反应。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of Xinyue capsule when it was used to treat qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary artery disease and congestive heart failure.Methods: 106 patients troubled by qi deficiency and blood stasis type of coronary artery disease and congestive heart failure from May 2007 to Oct.2009 were divided into treatment group and control group.They were treated with conventional therapy

and the treatment group was treated with Xinyue capsule at the same time.The heart functions were assessed 1 month later.Results: ①The total effective ratein treatment group 98.15%

88.46% in control group;② Color Doppler echocardiography in cardiac ejection fraction(EF): 36.11% before treatment

P<0.05.③Treatment groups of patients after treatment 6 min walking distance to improve more significantly.Conclusion: There is a satisfactory result by adding Xinyue capsule based on symptomatic treatment.Adverse effect isn’t observed.
