摘要

目的:探讨鼻腔鼻窦少见良性肿瘤的手术径路及临床特点。方法:复习相关文献

回顾性分析24例鼻腔鼻窦良性肿瘤的临床资料、手术方法并进行随访。结果:根据病变范围和手术方法的改进

10例鼻侧切开切除肿瘤

6例Caldwell-luc手术切除肿瘤

6例鼻内窥镜下手术切除肿瘤

2例鼻内窥镜联合鼻侧切开切除肿瘤

肿瘤主要发生部位为上颌窦、筛窦

均有包膜

21例有局部骨质破坏

随访2

0年无复发病例。结论:鼻腔鼻窦少见良性肿瘤生长缓慢

以青少年发病为主

临床表现无特异性

诊断以术前CT及术后病理为主

手术彻底切除是唯一治疗方法。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the surgery approaches and clinical characters of benign tumors in nasosinuses.Methods: Related articles were reviewed;clinical materials and surgery approach were retrospectively analysed

and 24 patients with benign tumors in nasosinuses were followed up.Results: 10 of the patients removed the tumor by lateral rhinotomy

6 with Caldwell-luc surgery

6 with FESS and 2 of them with FESS combined with lateral rhinotomy according to lesion area and modified surgery approach.the tumors were common in maxillary sinus and ethmoid sinus

both with membrane

bony destruction was found in 21 cases.There was no recurrence after follow-up for 2~10 years.Conclusion: Rare benign tumors in nasosinuses is characterized by its slow growth

common occurrence in adolescent and no significant clinical characteristic.

Its diagonosis mainly depends on preoperative CT and postoperative biopsy and removal with surgery is the only therapeutic approach.
