Analysis of heart rate variability and the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia in essential hypertension patients with morning blood pressure surge
Objective:To analyze heart rate variability(HRV) and the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia in essential hypertension patients with morning blood pressure surge(MBPS).Methods:A total of 50 consecutive essential hypertension patients with morning blood pressure surge and 50 age-and gender-matched subjects with essential hypertension(control group) were enrolled in the present study at our institution from June 2009 to May 2010.The parameters of heart rate variability and the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia in every time-span were observed though 24 hours holter monitoring electrocardiogram. Results:The parameters of HRV(SDNN
