摘要

目的:评价在腮腺肿瘤切除术中植入口腔修复膜对味觉出汗综合征的预防效果。方法:107例腮腺良性肿瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组。59例实验组患者在腮腺浅叶摘除术后植入口腔修复膜

48例对照组按常规处理未用口腔修复膜。术后5～11个月

所有患者均通过调查问卷形式和碘-淀粉试验对味觉出汗综合征分别进行主观评价和客观评价。结果:实验组和对照组味觉出汗综合征的主观评价发生率分别为3.4%（2/59）、39.6%（19/48）（P<0.05）;客观评价发生率分别为8.5%（5/59）、62.5%（30/48）（P<0.05）。结论:口腔修复膜植入是预防腮腺肿瘤术后发生味觉出汗综合征简单易行的有效方法。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Prosthodontics membrane in the prevention of Frey’s syndrome after parotidectomy.Method:107 patients suffering from benign tumors of parotid gland were divided into experimental group and control group randomly.59 cases in Experimental group underwent insertion of prosthodontics membrane after superficial parotidectomy or partial parotidectomy

while 48 cases in Control group underwent superficial parotidectomy or partial parotidectomy.After operation 5 to11 months

All 107 patients were evaluated for gustatory sweating by both questionnaire and minor starch-iodine test.Results:Subjective evaluation of Frey’s syndrome revealed that the incidence rate of experimental group and control group were 3.4%(2/59)、39.6%(19/48)respectively(P<0.05). objective evaluation of Frey’s syndrome revealed that the incidence rate of experimental group and control group were 8.5%(5/59)、62.5%(30/48)respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insertion of Prosthodontics membrane is an effective method for prevention of Frey’s syndrome after parotidectomy.
