摘要

目的:通过分析重庆市不同性别和不同年龄层次人群的健康数据

了解成人居民脂肪肝的分布特点。方法:2009年1月1日～2009年10月31日在全市范围内采用整群分层抽样的方法随机纳入成人居民2万人

年龄在19

0岁。将调查对象按年龄分组分为:18

9岁组、30

9岁组、40

9岁组和50

9岁组;按性别分组分为:男性组和女性组;按居住地分为:主城区组和非主城区组。对所有调查对象进行腹部B超检查。结果:与非主城区人群比较

主城区居住人群患脂肪肝的比例较高（P

0.01）;男性患脂肪肝的比例也明显高于女性（P

0.01）;各年龄段之间患脂肪肝的比例具有明显差异（P

0.01）

随着年龄的增加

患脂肪肝的比例也随之增加。结论:不同居住地点

性别和年龄对重庆19

0岁人群是否患脂肪肝有明显的影响

其中主城区中年男性人群（50

9岁）患脂肪肝的人数明显较多。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate health data of the different gender and age groups

the distribution of fatty liver diseases of adult residents were known in Chongqing. Methods:From January 1st

2009 to October 31

2009

20 000 adults were recruited using a cluster stratified random sampling method

aged 19 to 60 years in Chongqing. Subjects were divided into 4 groups by age:18 ~ 29 years of age

30 ~ 39 years of age

40 ~ 49 years of age and 50 ~ 59 years of age;2 groups by sex:male group and female group;2 groups by regional distribution:urban areas group and non-urban areas group. Abdominal bultrasound was checked. Results:Compared with non-urban areas

the proportion offatty liver diseases subjects of urban areas was increased (P<0.01);the proportion of fatty liver diseases in male was significantly higher than which in female(P<0.01);the proportion of fatty liver diseases were significantly different among age groups (P<0.01);with age increasing

the proportion of fatty liver diseases were increased. Conclusion:The residence area

gender and age have significantly impact on fatty liver diseases in Chongqing adult population

and urban population of middle-aged men have higher prevalence of fatty liver diseases.
