Correlated factor analysis of postoperative complication of colorectal carcinoma combined with diabetes
Objective:Correlated factor analysis of postoperative complication of colorectal carcinoma combined with diabetes. Methods:From Jan 2006 to Dec 2009
59 cases of colorectal carcinoma combines with diabetes in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The risk factors were examined by chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results:The overall operative complication rate was 40.7%.Univariate analys showed that major risk factors of postoperative complication of the patients were other system diseases
glycosylated hemoglobin
body mass index
insulin resistance index and postoperative serum glucose(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that insulin resistance index and postoperative serum glucose were independent risk factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative complication of colorectal carcinoma combined with diabetes are closely related to insulin resistance index and postoperative serum glucose.
