摘要

目的:探讨维、汉两民族缺血性脑血管病患者血尿酸与血脂、血糖、血压的关系

了解血尿酸在不同民族脑血管病发病中的地位。方法:对2006年6月至2008年6月在新疆医科大学第二附属医院神经内科新入院的维吾尔族（维族）和汉族缺血性脑血管病高尿酸血症患者及其对照者进行血尿酸（Hyperuricemia

HUA）、血脂、血糖的检测及血压的测量。结果:维、汉两民族缺血性脑血管病高尿酸血症（HUA）组与非高尿酸血症组比较

血清总胆固醇（TG）、甘油三酯（TC）、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）均有差异

均为高尿酸血症组高于对照组

但是空腹血糖（FBS）、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平无统计学意义。不论维吾尔族或汉族

血尿酸与TG、TC、LDL、SBP、DBP密切相关

但与FBS、HDL-C无相关。结论:缺血性脑血管病高尿酸血症患者出现血脂、血压的异常比尿酸正常者高

但维吾尔族及汉族之间无显著差异。因此高尿酸血症不论维吾尔族或汉族均可作为脑血管病的另一个相关因素

在防止脑血管病的综合措施中不容忽视。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship between blood uric acid with blood fat

blood glucose

and blood pressure in Uygur and Han nationals with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:Blood fat

blood glucose

and blood pressure of in Uygur and Han nationals with hyperuricacidemia and ischemic cerebrovascular disease and in control group were detected.Results:The detection results were compared between two groups.TG

LDL-C

SBP

and DBP in both females and males with hyperuricacidemia higher than those in control group

but fasting blood glucose and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in both groups were not detected to be statistically significant.Conclusion:Blood fat

blood glucose

and blood pressure in hyperuricacidemia group was higher than those in control group

suggesting hyperuricacidemia is a risk factor for ischemic cerebrovascular disease

and should not be ignored in prevention of this disease.
