摘要

目的:评价软通道微创治疗高血压脑内血肿疗效。方法:高血压脑出血患者62例分为治疗组33例和对照组29例。对照组患者使用神经内科常规治疗

治疗组患者在采用内科常规治疗的基础上使用软通道微创早期引流。2组在入院时和入院后7d行（格拉斯哥昏迷量表

Glasgow coma scale

GCS）评分

入院时和入院后14d及30d行（斯勘的纳维亚卒中量表

Scandinavian stroke scale

SSS）评分。结果:治疗组手术后SSS评分14d（t=5.79

P<0.01）及30d（t=6.84

P<0.01）

治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:通过对照研究发现

软通道微创治疗能够明确改善高血压脑内血肿患者的症状。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the treatment of hypertensive brain hemorrhage by microinvasive surgery with soft tube.Methods:62 patients of hypertensive brain hemorrhage were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=33) and the control group(n=29).The patients of the treatment group were treated by both microinvasive surgeries with soft tube and the internal medical expectant treatments

while those of the control group were treated only by the internal medical expectant treatments.The clinical manifestations of all the patients were graded by the GCS in the first day and the seventh day.By the same way

the SSS was used for all the patients on the first day

the fourteenth day and the thirtieth day.The differences in the scores of the above scales were compared between the two groups.Results:In the fourteenth day and the thirtieth day

the scores of the Scandinavian Stroke Scale of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=5.79

P<0.01).Conclusion:We can conclude objectively the treatment of hypertensive brain hemorrhage by the micro invasive surgery with soft tuble can clearly improve symptoms in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hematoma in early period.
