摘要

目的:了解是否已有足够证据表明微创血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血（Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

HICH）是有效的。方法:检索近十年国内已发表的关于微创血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的随机对照研究、临床对照研究等

按Cochrane协作网推荐的方法进行Meta分析。结果:共检测到随机对照试验（Randomized controlled trial

RCT）7篇

非随机对照试验44篇

病例观察研究209篇。几乎所有文献都说明微创血肿清除术可以降低死亡率。结论:中国大部分医院都在开展这项手术

目前的证据都提示微创血肿清除术是有效的

但缺乏多中心、前瞻性、随机对照的研究、结果说服力不强。需要更多的高质量的RCT研究来证实该手术的确切疗效。

Abstract

Objective:To find out whether there is sufficient evidence to confirm puncture drainage for treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is effective.Methods:Analysing the literatures published in recent years of the puncturing drainage of hematoma in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage including randomized controlled trials

et al.Analysing the randomized controlled trials by Meta-analysis.Results:7 randomized controlled trials(randomized controlled trial

RCT)

44 non-randomized controlled trials and 209 cases observed trials shows puncturing drainage of hematoma can reduce mortality.Conclusion:Most hospitals in China are carrying out this operation.The current evidencse suggest puncturing drainage of hematoma is effective.However because of lack of multi-center

prospective

randomized controlled studies

the results is not convincing enough.So we need more high-quality RCT studies to confirm the exact effect of the surgery.
