Comparison of blood purification by subclavian vein intravenous route and internal jugular vein intravenous route
Objective:To compare the advantage and disadvantage of blood purification by subclavian vein(SCV) intravenous route and internal jugular vein(IJV) intravenous route. Methods:Retrospective study was applied to compare the difference of the rate of the first success of inserting catheter
bleeding and hematoma
blood flow
time of catheter insertion and complications between 102 cases of blood purification by SCV intravenous route and 89 cases of IJV intravenous route. Results:There are statistics meaning(P<0.05) between SCV and IJV intravenous route except the first success of inserting catheter
bleeding and hematoma and pneumothorax. Conclusion:Both intravenous routes have advantages and the selection of these methods ought to according to the dexterity degree of penetration and the indication of patient.
