摘要

目的:探讨银杏叶提取物（Extract of gingko biloba

EGB）对早期糖尿病肾病（Diabetic nephropathy

DN）患者血清细胞因子的影响。方法:将39例早期DN患者随机分为对照组（19例）和治疗组（20例）

对照组为常规西药治疗

治疗组在此基础上加用EGB。6个月后

用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）测定两组患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素-6（Interleukin-6

IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（Tumor necrosis factor-α

TNF-α）表达水平

同时观察尿微量白蛋白排泄率、空腹血糖、血肌酐、尿素氮、血脂等指标的变化。结果:与治疗前比较

两组患者治疗后血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均下降（P<0.05）

治疗组较对照组下降更为明显（P<0.01）。经q检验显示

治疗组与对照组治疗后同期比较

下降更为明显（P<0.01）。结论:银杏叶提取物可能通过减低血清IL-6、TNF-α的表达

抑制炎症反应

起到对DN的保护作用。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of extract of gingko biloba (EGB)on inflammatory cytokines in patients with early diabeti cnephropathy(DN). Methods:Thirty-nine patients with early DN were randomly assigned into the control group (n=19)treated by irbesartan alone and the treated group (n=20)treated by EGB combined with irbesartan for 6 months. Serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were determined with ELISA before and after treatment

and urinary albumin excretion rate

fasting blood glucose

serum creatinine

blood urea nitrogen and lipid profiles

were examined as well. Results:The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly lower in both groups after treatment than those before treatment (P<0.01). After treatment

IL-6 and TNF-α levels in the treated group were more noticeably reduced than those in the control group according to q test (P<0.01). Conclusion:EGB could retard the development of early DN

through decreasing concentration of serum IL-6 and TNF-α

regulating the production of inflammatory cytokins and inhibiting inflammatory reaction.
