摘要

目的:探讨Apelin及胰岛素抵抗在儿童单纯性肥胖发病中的相关性。方法:以42例单纯性肥胖儿童为研究对象

并以40例同期非肥胖性儿童为对照

检测Apelin水平及胰岛素抵抗（HOMA2-IR）的变化。结果:单纯性肥胖患儿Apelin水平（t=2.483

P=0.015）和HOMA2-IR（t=12.368

P=0.0001）均较非肥胖患儿增高。Apelin水平与HOMA2-IR和BMI均呈呈正相关

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the relationship between Apelin insulin resistance and simple obesity in children.Methods:42 children with simple obesity were enrolled in the study

40 non-obese children as control.All of them were detected for Apelin and insulin resistance(HOMA2-IR).Results:The Apelin in children with simple obesity were higher than those in non-obese children(t=2.483

P = 0.015)

and HOMA2-IR hoved the same trends(t = 12.368

P = 0.000 1).Apelin and HOMA2-IR also have positive correlation with BMI

the correlation coefficient r was 0.768(t = 6.253

P = 0.000 1)and 0.754(t = 5.641

P = 0.004)

each.Apelin and HOMA2-IR were also independent factors associated with children simple obesity

OR was 1.416(P=0.017)and 1.394(P=0.028)

respectively.Conclusions:Increased Apelin level in children with simple obesity may associated with insulin resistance.
