摘要

目的:研究无精子症的病因构成情况。方法:对640例无精子症患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:640例无精子症中

睾丸生精功能障碍240例（37.5%）

染色体异常160例（25.0%）

梗阻性无精子症128例（20.0%）

隐睾症64例（10.0%）

腮腺炎性睾丸炎32例（5.0%）

其它少见病因16例（2.5%）。结论:睾丸生精功能障碍、染色体异常及梗阻性无精子症是临床上无精子症的最常见病因。

Abstract

Objective:To study the constituent ratio of the etiopathogenisis of azoospermia.Methods:To retrospective analysis clinical data of 640 patients of azoospermia.Results:In 640 cases with azoospermia

the dysfunction of the testis to generate sperm were found in 240 cases(37.5%)

the chromosome abnormality in 160 cases(25.0%)

the obstructive azoospermia in 128 cases(20.0%)

the cryptorchidism in 64 cases(10.0%)

the mumps orchitis in 32 cases(5.0%)

the rare etiopathogenisis in 16 cases(2.5%).Conclusion: The main etiopathogenisis of azoospermia are the dysfunction of the testis to generate sperm and the chromosome abnormality and the obstructive azoospermia.
