摘要

目的:讨论、分析心理干预对鼻内镜下脑脊液鼻漏修补术患者依从性的影响。方法:对我院耳鼻咽喉科2004年3月～2007年5月新入院的脑脊液鼻漏患者（共32名）进行随机分组;对实验组（共16名）系统地进行心理评估

并进行心理干预

对对照组（共16名）采用传统性心理指导

比较两组患者对医嘱依从性的差异。结果:实验组患者对医嘱依从性明显高于对照组

平均住院日低于对照组。结论:及时了解患者不同时期的心理反应

针对性的进行心理干预

有利于提高患者对医嘱的依从性

促进漏口早日愈合。

Abstract

Objective:Assessment of psychological intervention on Endoscopic repair of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea compliance with the impact.Methods:Our hospital otorhinolaryngology March 2004 to May 2007 the new hospitalized patients with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea(a total of 32) were divided into the experimental group(16) systematically and psychological assessment

and strengthen psychological care;The control group(a total of 16) using traditional psychological guidance

and compared between the two groups of patients with different medical order compliance.Results:The experimental group directed compliance of the patients was significantly higher

the average hospital stay lower than the control group.Conclusion:Timely understanding of the different stages of psychological response

targeted for psychological intervention

the system helps improve compliance with the doctor’s orders

and promote leakage healing.
