摘要

目的:探讨对下肢深静脉血栓形成（Deep vein thrombosis

DVT）患者行下腔静脉滤器置入前后的护理。方法:通过对75例已行下腔静脉滤器（Inferior vena eava filter

IVCF）置人患者的回顾性分析。结果:75例中无过分担心、忧虑、恐惧者发生

穿刺点无大出血及感染发生。住院期间无血栓脱落等严重并发症及死亡者发生。结论:只要对置入滤器可能发生的问题进行针对性预防与护理

可避免远期并发症的发生。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the nursing for patients with deep venous thrombosis before and after placing inferior vena cava filter.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the 75 patients who have been placed inferior vena cava filter.Results: Serious complications

for example

overly worried

anxiety

fear

the puncture point hemorrhage

infection

thrombosis falling off

death

and so on

have not occurred during hospitalization of the 75 patients.Conclusion:As long as targeted prevention and nursing

the short term of filtering can be completely prevented.
