摘要

目的:探讨不同血管病变的冠心病患者自主神经活性变化规律。方法:选取仅有前降支、仅有回旋支及仅有右冠状动脉病变的冠心病患者26例、22例及28例

进行24h Holter检测

然后进行24h时域及频域指标分析

并与年龄匹配的对照组进行比较。结果:冠心病患者心率变异指标较对照组明显降低。三组冠心病患者间进行比较

仅前降支病变组心率变异指标减低更为明显。而回旋支及右冠状动脉病变组间无明显差异。结论:冠心病患者自主神经活性明显降低

而前降支病变者降低更为显著。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate heart rate variability(HRV)of patients with different coronary artery disease.Methods:HRV was evaluated by using 24-hour Holter monitoring in 26 patients with stenosis of LAD

22 patients with stenosis of LCX and 28 patients with stenosis of RCA

and compared with age-matched normal controls.Results:HRV time and frequency domain index were lower among all patients with coronary disease than normal controls.As compared with different coronary artery dis- ease

HRV index was lower among patients with stenosis of LAD than patients with stenosis of LCX and stenosis of RCA. Conclusions:Our results suggest that HRV is decreased in patients with coronary artery disease.And HRV is significantly de- creased in patients with stenosis of LAD.
