摘要

目的:探索联合治疗带状疱疹的新方法。方法:87例带状疱疹病人随机分为2组

甲组采用单纯抗病毒治疗

乙组采用抗病毒和中药熏蒸联合治疗。结果:甲组与乙组总有效率比较有显著差异（P<0.05）;甲组与乙组治疗后主要症状、体征指数变化比较差异有显著性（P<0.05）。结论:联合中药熏蒸明显优于单纯的抗病毒治疗

为联合治疗带状疱疹提供了一种新方法。

Abstract

Objective:To explore a new combined therapy for herpes zoster.Methods:87 patients with herpes zoster were.ran- domly assigned to group A and group B.Patients in group A underwent antiviral therapy

and patients in group B underwent antiviral therapy combined with fumigating of traditional Chinese medicines.Results:There were significant differences in total effective rate

changes of major symptoms and physical signs between group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of antiviral therapy with fumigating of traditional Chinese medicines yields significantly superior effects to antiviral therapy alone

which provides a new option for the combined therapy for herpes zoster.
