摘要

目的:观察慢性心衰患者血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）的变化及氟伐他汀的影响。方法:将慢性心衰患者78例随机分为治疗组与对照组

两组均按慢性心力衰竭治疗指南给予常规治疗

治疗组另外服用氟伐他汀

两组治疗前后检查总胆固醇（TC）、C-反应蛋白、左室射血分数（LVEF）。结果:8周后

治疗组TC、CRP与对照组比较均有不同程度的降低

LVEF则有明显提高（均P<0．05）。结论:CRP可预测心血管疾病的危险

可作为预测心衰者预后的一个观察指标;氟伐他汀可降低CRP 水平

改善心衰患者的颅后。

Abstract

Objective; To observe the changement of serum c - reactive protein (CRP) and the effect of fluvastatin on CRP in the patients with heart failure of coronary heart diease (CHD). Methods ; 78 patients with CHFwere randomly divided into treated group and contol group

which were given usual treatment according to the guide of CHF treatment. Meanwhile

fluvastatin was added to the treated group . Two groups need to detected the TC

CRP and LEVF before and after treatment . Results : After 8 weeks

compared to the control group

the TC

CRP of the treated group decreased in varying degredd

but the LEVF increased obviously . Conclusion ; CRP can forecast dangerous of heart disease . It can be used as a index to prognose the patient with CHF . Fluvastatin can decrease the CRP and improve the prognosis for patient with CHF .
