摘要

目的:评价紫杉醇联合放疗（Taxol+RT）与紫杉醇联合卡铂（Taxol+CBP）治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法:51例晚期老年非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组:Taxol+CBP组25例

Taxol 135mg/m2

CBP AUC5

每 21天重复。Taxol+RT组26例

Taxol 135mg／m2 d1、d30

第二天开始放疗

DT 65-70Gy。结果:比较总有效率和临床受益率

Taxol+RT组明显高于Taxol+CBP组

其中总有效率两组间比较具有统计学显著性差异（P<0．05）。1年、2年生存率和中位生存时间（MST）Taxol+RT组高于Taxol+CBP组

MST两组间比较具有统计学显著性差异（P<0．05）;而Taxol+RT组的毒副反应发生率明显低于Taxol+CBP组。结论:单药紫杉醇联合放疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌具有良好的耐受性

安全有效。

Abstract

Objective; To evaluated the effects and toxicity of Taxol + radiotherapy( RT) regimen and Taxol + CBP regimen for the old patients of advanced non - small cell lung cancer. Methods: 51 old patients of advanced non - small cell lung cancer were randomized into two groups. There are 25 cases in Taxol + CBP group

administrated with Taxol 135mg/m2

CBP AUC5

d2. The regimen was repeated every 21 days. There are 26 cases in Taxol + RT group

administrated with Taxol 135mg/m2

d30

radiotherapy started on second day

DT65 -70Gy. Results; The total effective rate and clinical benefit response(CBR) in Taxol + RT group were much higher than Taxol + CBP group. 1 - year

2 - year survival rate of Taxol + CBP group were 49. 8%

21. 7% .while 52. 3%

23.2% in Taxol + RT group respectively. There was significant difference between two groups in median survival time (MST) (P < 0.05). Taxol + RT regimen was more tolerable than Taxol + CBP regimen. Conclusion; Paclitaxel combined with radiotherapy could be well tolerated for old patents with advanced NSCLC and had better clinical response and safety.
