摘要

目的:探讨骨髓涂片检查在诊断播散型组织胞浆菌病（PDH）中的应用价值。方法:分析7例PDH患者的临床表现

实验室检查和治疗情况。结果:PDH临床表现多种多样

仔细检查骨髓涂片

7例患者均得以确诊。二性霉素B、氟康唑和伊曲康唑治疗均有效。结论:骨髓涂片检查简便易行

在PDH诊断中具有较好的临床应用价值

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of bone marrow smears for the diagnosis of disseminated histoplasmosis(PDH).Methods:The clinical manifestation

laboratory test

diagnoses and treatment of 7 cases were analyzed.Results:The clinical manifestations varied.7 cases were diagnosed on the basis of careful examination of bone marrow smears

and treated with amphotericin B

fluconazole or itraconazole respectively.All of the 3 drugs were effective.Conclusion:The cellular examination of bone marrow smears is simple

and it has important clinical value for the diagnosis of PDH.
