摘要

目的:探讨环丙沙星对人结膜成纤维细胞增殖抑制作用的效果。方法:应用MTT法

观察不同浓度环丙沙星对人结膜成纤维细胞增殖的影响。结果:环丙沙星对人结膜成纤维细胞均有明显的抑制作用

其效果呈浓度依赖性。结论:环丙沙星对防治PVR有效

本研究为环丙沙星应用于临床提供了依据

Abstract

Objective:To estimate the anti-proliferative effect of ciprofloxacin on the cultured human conjunctiva fibroblast.Methods:The cultured human conjunctiva fibroblasts were treated with different concentrations of ciprofloxacin.The inhibitory effect of ciprofloxacin was measured with MTT.Results:Ciprofloxacin induced a dose-dependent inhibition for growth of cultured human conjunctiva fibroblast.Conclusion:Ciprofloxacin can prevent the development of PVR effectively

which provides an evidence for the use of ciprofloxacin in clinic.
