摘要

目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒感染后肝硬化与肝细胞肝癌组织中TGF-β2、TNF-α的表达及意义及与HBV感染的关系。方法对慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）、肝硬化（LV）、癌旁肝硬化（PC）、肝细胞肝癌（HCC）和正常肝组织共73例用免疫组化方法检测乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）、乙型肝炎抗心抗原（HBcAg）、转化生长因子（TGF-β2）和肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）。结果TGF-β2及TNF-α在癌旁肝硬化、肝细胞癌、肝硬化中均较强表达

且与慢性乙肝组和正常组比较有非常显著差异（Pc<0.01）。其中TNF-α的表达在HBV阳性组和HBV阴性组间有显著差异（Pb<0.05）。结论细胞因子TGF-β2

TNF-α在HBV感染后肝纤维化及肝癌的形成及发展过程中起一定作用。

Abstract

Objective:To study the expession of TGF-β 2

TNF-α and its relationship with hepatitis B(HBV) infection in chronic hepatitis B

liver cirrhosis

paratumor cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinomas(HCC).Methods:HBsAg

TGF-β 2 and TNF-α were detected by immunohistochemical staining among total 63 cases of liver cirrhosis

HCC

paratumor cirrhosis and normal liver tissues.Results:TGF-β 2 and TNF-α were expressed in liver cirrhosis

HCC and paratumor cirrhosis

and they showed significant difference from normal control liver( P c<0.01).The expression of TNF-α in group of HBV(+) showed significant difference from the group of HBV(-)( P b<0.05).Conclusion:During the occurrence and development of liver cirrhosis and HCC

TGF-β 2 and TNF-α are two important cytokines implicated as important pathogenic mediators in the development of liver fibrosis and HCC.
