摘要

目的 :以甲磺酸加替沙星氯化钠注射液为试验药

环丙沙星为对照药

治疗成年慢性支气管炎急性发作

评价前者临床有效性及安全性。方法 :随机、单盲、平行法对照研究。结果 :两组各完成合格病例 2 3例

试验组和对照组的临床有效率分别为 91.3%和 78.3% （P <0 .0 5 ）

两组细菌清除率分别为 91.3%和 72 .7% （P <0 .0 5 ）。不良反应发生率两组分别为 12 .5 %和 8.7% （P >0 .0 5 ）。结论 :甲磺酸加替沙星氯化钠注射液能安全有效地用于治疗成年慢性支气管炎急性发作

疗效优于环丙沙星。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis(AECB).Methods:23 patients in each group (trial or control) were treated with gatifloxacin or ciprofloxacin

respectively

for 5 to 14 days.Results:The clinical effective rates of the two groups were 91.3% and 78.3%

respectively.The bacterial eradication rates of the two groups were 91.7% and 72.7% respectively.Incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were 12.5% and 8.7%

respectively.Conclusion:The efficacy and safty of gatifloxacin in treating AECB is reliable and superior to ciprofloxacin.
