摘要

目的 :从蛇毒中提取出神经毒素。方法 :采用DEAE -sephadexA5 0柱及sephadexG - 5 0柱层析出神经毒素

并通过生理记录仪等方法鉴定。结果 :不仅有效地分离出神经毒素

而且保留了其较好的生物活性。结论 :本实验方法是可行的

Abstract

Objective:To separate neurotoxin from the snake venom.Methods:The neurotoxin was separated by using DEAE-Sephadex A-50 chromatography and Sephadex G-50 gel filtration

then identified by the physiological recorder and so on.Results:The neurotoxin was not only separated effectively

but also had good biological activities.Conclusion:This experimental method can be applied.
