Objective:To find out middle school students about oral health care conditions in Chongqing

it can provide us scientific foundation to carry out oral epidemiological study and formulate specification about oral health service.Methods:We adopted the basic method for oral health investigation of WHO (1997).We selected subjects from every section of Chongqing

city and countryside about oral health care.There were 56.9% students selected small soft hair toothbrush

41.3% students selected dentifrice containing fluorine

40.2% students brushed their teeth by vertical method

57.6% students can brush their teeth in the morning and night

19.4% students can brush their teeth about 3～5 mins every time

79.8% students insisted gargling after meal

attitude to dental caries:only 11.8% students selected to fill their teeth.Conclusion:Health behavior of middle school students about oral care should be specified and reinforced in advance.
