摘要

目的 :探讨子宫角妊娠的诊断和治疗。方法 :回顾性分析 1993～ 2 0 0 2年收治的子宫角妊娠 2 1例。结果 :8例确诊为宫角妊娠

9例误诊为异位妊娠

1例误诊为早孕人流术子宫穿孔

1例误诊为妊娠合并子宫畸形

1例误诊为不全流产

1例误诊为绒毛膜癌。手术治疗 19例

保守治疗 2例。结论 :宫角妊娠易被误诊为异位妊娠或其他与妊娠相关的疾病

仔细的妇科检查和超声检查可提高诊断的准确性。

Abstract

Objective:To discuss the diagnosis

treatment of uterus cornea pregnancy.Methods:Retrospective analysis was made in 21 cases of uterus cornua pregnancy is recent 10 years.Results:8 cases were diagnosed uterus cornua

9 cases were misdiagnosed ectopic pregnancy

1 case was misdiagnosed rupture of uterus of artifical obortion

1 case was misdiagnosed pregnancy with uterus septus

1 case was misdiagnosed choriocarcinoma.Surgical treatment was done in 19 patients

and the other 2 cases received conservative therapy.Conclusion:Cornual pregnancy is often misdiagnosed as ectopic pregnancy or other diseases.More careful gynecological and transobdominal ultrasound examination will improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
