摘要

目的：研究ＬＡＭＳ对肝癌细胞株的Ｂｃｌ－２、ＢａＸ基因蛋白影响。方法：用ＭＴＴ法测定不同浓度ＬＡＭＳ对肝癌细胞株增殖的抑制作用；用ＴＵＮＥＬ法和免疫组化法测定不同抑制程度下凋亡细胞量和Ｂｃｌ－２、Ｂａｘ基因蛋白的变化。结果：ＬＡＭＳ浓度与肝癌细胞增殖的抑制程度、凋亡细胞数、Ｂｃｌ－２基因蛋白表达减少及ＢａＸ基因蛋白表达增加呈正相关。结论：　ＬＡＭＳ可通过影响Ｂｃｌ－２、ＢａＸ基因蛋白的表达促使肝癌细胞凋亡。

Abstract

Objective:To study the effects of LAMS on Bcl-2、BaX gene protein of liver cancer cells. Methods: MTT was used to determine the inhibiting action of the different concentrations of LAMS on liver cancer cells. TUNEL method was used to determine the percentage of apoptosis cells. Immunohistochemical stainings were used to analyse the changes of Bcl-2、BaX gene protein. Results: With the increase of LAMS concentration

the inhibiting effects on multiplication of liver cancer cells were decreased and the number of apoptosis cells were increased

the expression of Bcl-2 gene protein was decreased and the expression of BaX gene protein was increased. Conclusion: LAMS can influence the expression of Bcl-2、BaX gene protein of liver cancer cells.
