摘要

目的：分析年龄与老化上睑松垂的关系及手术前后眼睑美学测量，对切口设计、眶隔及外毗处理提出见解。方法：对１５０例上睑松垂患者进行整形矫正术，按３５～４４岁，４５～５４岁，５５—６５岁三组测量和统计学分析手术前后眼裂高（Ｈ）、内眦角（α）、外眦角（β）变化以及与年龄的关系。结果：表明上睑随着年龄增加而显著下垂，且上睑外眦下垂较内眦下垂严重，４５～５４岁组术后美学测量改善优于５５～６５岁年龄组。结论：手术前后眼睑美学量化测定对准确掌握适应症、选择手术方式及对手术效果判定具有指导性意义。

Abstract

Objective : The relationship between the age and upper lid chalasia were analyzed. The pre - and postoperative results of eyelid aesthetic measurement were compared. Methods :150 cases who were divided into three groups of 35- 44

45 -~ 54 and 55 -65 years old underwent blepharoplasty of the upper lid ehalasia. The changes of the eye fissure height( H)

medial canthus anger( α) and lateral canthus anger(β ) before and after operation were measured

and their relationships with different ages were analyzed statistically. The principles of the incision design and the management of orbital septum and lateral canthus were presented. Results : The results of statistic analysis indicated that upper eyelid ptosis increased significantly with the ages (P <0. 01) and the degree of the ptosis was more serious in lateral eanthus than that in medial canthus (P <0. 01). Comparing pre - with postoperation

the upper lid chalasia reached significant correction in all three age groups. The correction of upper lid aesthetic measurement was of more significance in 45- 54 than in 55- 65 year - old group. Conclusion : The study demonstrated that the quantitative analysis of aesthetic measurement of upper eyelid before and after operation had guiding significance in precisely controlling the indication

choosing the operative methods and evaluating the operative effects.
