摘要

目的　探讨血清糖抗原50（CA50）检测在原发性肝癌诊断中的价值。方法　采用IRMA方法检测38例原发性肝癌患者血清CA50水平，并与43例良性肝病及20例正常对照进行对比分析。结果　肝癌患者血清CA50明显高于良性肝病组及正常对照组（Ｐ<0.05）。CA50诊断肝癌的敏感性为57.8%，与AFP联合检测诊断肝癌的敏感性可由单纯测定AFP的65.7%提高到89.4%。结论　在原发性肝癌中，血清CA50检测可作为肝癌辅助诊断的一项重要指标。与AFP联合检测，能提高诊断的敏感性。

Abstract

：Objective To investigate the value of serum CA50 detection in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods The levels of serum CA50 in 38 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC），43 cases with benign hepatopathy and normal controls were detected and analysed. Results The patients with HCC showed higher level of serum CA50 than benign hepatopathy and normal controls (Ｐ<0.05）.The sensitivity of CA50 for HCC diagnosis was 57.8%

in combination with AFP detection，the sensitivity increased to 89.4%

higher than 65.7% by simple AFP detection. Conclusion The detection of serum CA50 may be an important index for HCC diagnosis.In combination with AFP detection，we could increase the sensitivity of HCC diagnosis.
