combined with centrifugation according to different sedimentation velocity and density

was used to separate and purify cells wanted. These isolated cells were cultured in vitro. The inverted microscope was used for morphologic observation and trypanblue staining was used for judging their survival rate. The endometrial stromal cells were identified by histoimmunologic method. Results The survival rate of stromal cells purified by this method was as high as 95%

while the morphologic characteristics of these cells were not similar to those of epithelium of endometrial gland . The stromal cells cultured in vitro had an ability to proliferate . Moreover

it was demonstrated that the positive expression of vimentin and negative expression of keratin is key biochemical characteristics of stromal cells. Conclusion This method of isolating endometrial cells is efficient
