Estimating macrosomia by fetal abdominal diameter with ultrasound B scanning
Objective To find a simple and practical method to estimate macrosomia with ultrasound B scanning. Methods 168 cases of macrosomia delivered from January 1994 to December 1998 were retrospectively analysed. Results Among the 168 cases
145 cases had abdominal diameter[AD = (TAD + APAD)/2]≥110mm. accounting for 86.31% .The result was the same as those of AC
