摘要

目的 :建立一种原位成瘤率高

早期局限生长于子宫的原位移植宫体肿瘤模型。方法 :41只新西兰大白兔

随机用悬液（宫腔内

浆膜下）注射法

瘤块（宫腔

阴道）置入法

内膜分离包埋法移植肿瘤

观察其原位成瘤率及宫外生长率。结果 :内膜分离包理法的原位成瘤率为 10 0 %

明显高于经阴道瘤块置入法

宫腔内瘤块置入法及宫腔内悬液注射法（P <0 .0 0 1）

与浆膜下悬液注射法的原位成瘤率无差异（P >0 .0 5 ）

但无早期宫外生长 ;晚期宫外生长率与其它方法无明显差异（P>0 .0 5 ）。结论 :内膜分离包理法建立的模型原位成瘤率高

早期局限于子宫

晚期发生宫外转移生长

是一种较理想的原位移植VX2宫体肿瘤模型的方法

Abstract

Objective:To establish a kind of orthotopic transplanted uterus corpus neoplasm model which has a high ratio of orthotopic growth and low ratio of extrauterine growth in early stage. Methods:VX 2 neoplasm was orthotopically transplanted in fourty-one Newzealand white rabbits uterine corpus by five different methods

the ratio of tumor orthotopic and extrauterine growth was observed. Results:The ratio of tumor orthotopic growth was 100% in the group of VX 2 grafts embedded in detached endometrium

which is significantly higher than that in the groups of VX 2 grafts or suspension deposite in uterine cavity directly or through vagina (P< 0.001 ) and equal to that in the group of VX 2 suspension deposite in the external wall of uterus (P>0.05)

but the former has no extrauterine grouth in early stage. The ratio of extrauterine growth in advanced stage was similar in all the groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: X 2 grafts embeded in the rabbit detached endometrium was a suitable method for orthotopic transplantation VX 2 in rabbit uterus corpus

the model established by this method not only had a high ratio of orthotopic growth

but also restricted to uterus in early stage and metastasized to extrauterus in advanced stage.
