摘要

目的 :研究A54 9人肺腺癌细胞产生的免疫抑制因子及香菇多糖对T细胞转化的影响。方法 :以MTT法测定加A54 9细胞免疫抑制因子及香菇多糖后T细胞的转化率。结果 :T细胞的转化受该免疫抑制因子抑制

且抑制程度与免疫抑制因子浓度成正相关。适当浓度的香菇多糖能有效地拮抗此抑制。结论 :A54 9细胞产生的免疫抑制因子可抑制T细胞转化

Abstract

Objective:To study the influence of A 549 human lung carcinoma glandular cell immunosuppressive factor (ISF) and lentinan on T lymphocyte proliferation.Methods :The T lymphocyte transformation rate was determined by MTT assay in vitro after adding the A 549 cell-derived ISF and lentinan.Results:The rates of T lymphocyte transformation was inhibited by the ISF and the inhibitory rates were positively correlated with the concentration of the ISF(r=0.8178). Optimal concentration of letinan could resist the inhibition efficiently. Conclusion:A 549 cell-derived ISF could inhibit T lymphocyte transformation. Letinan could resist the inhibition.
