摘要

２９例正常人（对照组）、２７例心功能代偿的心血管病患者（代偿组）和２７例心力衰竭患者（心衰组）进行心率变异（ＨＲＶ）昼夜节律对比研究，代偿组每小时ＨＲＶ（ＳＤＮＮ、ＳＤＡＮＮ、ＳＤＮＮＩＤＸ、ｒＭＳＳＤ、ＰＮＮ５０）均值虽然低于对照组，但仍保持了与对照组相似的昼夜节律，心衰组昼夜节律消失。提示ＨＲＶ昼夜节律有助于判断心功能不全的程度。

Abstract

The circadian rhythm of heart rate variability(HRV) was assessed in 29normal subjects(group Ⅰ )

27 patients with cardiovascular diseases

whose cardiac function was fully compensated (group Ⅱ)

and 27 patients with congestive heart failure (group Ⅲ) by using time domain analysis. The 24-h plot of HRV showed that the physiological ciacadian rhythm was preserved in group Ⅱ

In contrast

there wasless diurnal variation in HRV for group Ⅲ. Our results suggest that the circadian rhythm of HRV is correlated with the seventy of cardiac insufficiency.
