The valuation of high-resolution thin-section CT scanning in diagnosisfor bronchodialatation
To evaluate high-resolution thin-section CT(HRCT) scanning in diagnosis for bronchodialatation
56 cases ofsuspcted bronchodialatation were examined by X-ray computer-aided tomography (CT) and HRCT. The positiverate and confirmed diagnosis rate of X-ray were 69.6(39/56)(11/56)respectively
and 92.6%(25/27)
81.5(22/27)respectively for CT. The positive rate and confirmed diagnosis rate HRCT were 100% respectively as compared with X-ray and CT. This study indicated that HRCT have a highsensitivity and specificity
with an equivalent value as bronchorgraphy.
