摘要

对随机抽样的重庆市渝中区居民１７３户（家庭主妇１５１人，家庭主男２２人）进行营养知识、态度、行为的问卷调查。结果表明：渝中区家庭主妇维生素Ａ、维生素Ｃ、锌等营养素知识较为贫乏；营养态度趋向科学化；家庭主妇营养行为直接取决于其营养知识的掌握程度（ｂｊ＝０．３４１８Ｐ＜０．００１），家庭经济状况（Ｅｎｇｅｌ指数）对其影响无统计学显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）；而营养知识主要受教育程度的影响，高中以上文化程度的家庭主妇营养知识掌握最好。结果提示：营养教育可以通过营养知识－态度－行为模式对家庭主妇人群发挥作用。

Abstract

The nutritional Knowledge - Attitude - Behavior of random samples of 173 housekeepers (151 of housewives

22 of housemen) in Chongqing Yuzhong district was investigated with questionnaires. The results showed: Forthe housewives

while their nutritional attitude wasrelatively scientific. Their nutritional behavior largely depended on their nutritional knowledge (bj=0.3418

meanwhile their nutritional knowledge was influenced mostly by their educational degrees (bj=0.6585

P<0.001).Engel index

which shows the cenomic situation of a family

seldom influenced the housewife’s nutritionalknewledge (P>0.05).These results indicated that

allording to nutritienal knowedge-Attitude-Behavior model

nutritional education could effectively guide the target group - housewives to have reasonable diet and toimprove the family members’ nutritional condition.
