摘要

本研究采用标准汉语失语检查法，对２１例丘脑卒中所致失语患者进行临床分型和分析，并探讨丘脑病变与失语之间的可能机制。结果显示丘脑卒中引起的失语主要表现为皮质下失语，丘脑的语言优势仍在左侧，但右侧也参与语言功能。进一步说明丘脑是神经网络联系中与语言功能有关的一个组成部分。

Abstract

The aphasia of 21 patients with thalamic stroke was clinically classified and analysed with the method ofstandard Chinese aphasic test

and the possible relationship between the thalamic damage and aphasia wasdiscussed. The results showed that the notable characteristics of the aphasia caused by thalamic stroke wassubcortical aphasia and the language dominance of thalamus mainly located at the left side

but the right side ofthalamus was also involved with language. The data indicated that the thalamus is a constituent part in nervousnetwork of language.
