摘要

回顾分析了我院从1985年～1995年间原发性腹膜后肿瘤术后复发而再手术治疗病人23例。男12例，女11例。本组行手术64次，其中联合脏器切除3次，肿瘤完整切除40次，部份切除11次，剖腹探查及活检10次。对腹膜后肿瘤的复发原因及治疗进行了探讨，强调腹膜后肿瘤应重视术后随访，应在充分术前准备的前提下，积极争取尽早完整手术切除，才可能获得长期疗效。

Abstract

This paper analyzes 23 patients with primary retroperitoneal Tumors(PRT) who were treated in our hospital from 1985 to 1995. There were 12 male and 11 female patients. We performed 64 operation including 3 multiple organ resections

40 complete resections

11 partial resections and 10 biopsies.The causes and treatment of PRT are discussed. Good long-term results can be obtained if postoperative follow-up

complete preoperative preparation and complete resection of recurrent

etroperitoneal tumors are emphasized.
