Study of the mechanism of transient T lymphocyte dysfunction in neonates
In order to study the mechanism of transient T lymphocyte dysfunction in neonates
we observedthe concentration of cytosolic calcium
the effects of PMA (which is an activator of protein kinase (PKC) on IL-2mRNA expression)
and apoptosis in core blood mononuclear cells(CBMC) after stimmulation by anti-CD3. Thedata showed that the cytosolic calcium concentration of CBMC increased after stimulation by anti-CD3
butthere was no difference compared with adult peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC).PMA not only correctedapoptosis of CBMC
but also enhanced TL proliferation and IL-2 mRNA expression in induced by anti-CO3 inneonate. These results suggested that Ca2+/PKC signal thansduction iln balance of CBMC may be thephysiological basis of low activation
