摘要

本文报告病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌组织腺苷酸酶（ATPase）活性和钙、钠含量变化的实验研究结果。和对照组比较，结果显示：CVB3感染后第3天、14天及30天，心肌组织Na+，K+－ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性显著下降（P＜0．01），钙、钠及合水量明显升高（P＜0．01），早于心肌组织形态学改变。提示病毒感染后心肌ATPase活性下降，反常性Ca2+超载可能是造成继发性心肌细胞损伤、心功能不全的重要原因之一。

Abstract

Myocardial ATPase activities and

calcium and sodium concentrations were investigated in mouse with viralmyocarditis. The results indicated that the activities of Na+

K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase reduced significantly(P＜0.01)

while the concentations of calcium and sodium as well as water increased apparently compared tocontrols (P＜0.01) in mouse myocardium infected with CVB3 on the day 3

14 and 30

respectively. These changeswere observed prior to histologic changes. This study suggests that the inhibition of ATPase activities

and Ca2+overload in myocardium after CVB3 infection may be an important cause of secondary myocardium damage andcardiac insufficency.
