摘要

采用PHA刺激淋巴细胞培养法，在150例标本中观察到了32例具有DM表达，占21．4％，细胞中DM数目1～130对不等，平均10．4对，DM往往出现在有染色体结构和数目改变的细胞中，这种改变包括双着丝粒染色体、内复制、多倍体、亚二倍体等。DM检测与实体组织病理检查相符率93.7％，有6例DM先于病检提示肿瘤存在．本研究提示DM的出现可作为肿瘤的早期分子细胞遗传学信号，赞成DM可作为肿瘤发生的早期指标。本文还对DM形成机制和DM与肿瘤的多药抗药性进行了探讨．

Abstract

Peripheral lymphocyte double munite (DM) expresses of samples from 150 patients have been studied by themethod of PHA stimulated cell culture. The results showed that 32 cases (21.4%) had DM expresses.The numberof DM per cell ranged from one to 130 witll an average of 10.4.DM was always accompanied by chromosomeaberrations

endoreplicate

polyploid

hypodiploid.The coincidence between DM andpathology was 93.7%.We suggested that DM could be an early molecular cytogenetic signal for tumor.We alsodiscussed the mechanisme of DM expresses and its relationship to multi-drug resistance.
