摘要

替硝唑为新型抗厌氧菌药物。将0.5%替硝唑液用于各型根尖周炎的感染根管消毒治疗

临床观察92例108颗患牙

近期疗效好。有60颗患牙（55.6%）封药一次后完成根管充填

有40颗患牙（37.0%）封药二次后完成根充

有7颗患牙（6.5%）封药三次后完成根充。只有1颗患牙（0.9%）因根管细而弯、根尖暗影大且伴有瘘管形成

封药4次后完成根充。因此

认为替硝唑是用于感染根管消毒药物中较有效的药物

值得推广使用。

Abstract

Tinidazole is a new type of antianaerobic medicine.92 patients(108 bad teeth)with periapical periodontitis were treated with 0.5% Tinidazole to antisepticize their infeeted root canal.After the first therapy

60 teeth were finished root canal filling. After the Second

40 teeth were finished.After the third

7 teeth were finished.Only one tooth treated four times.The recent Clinical efficiency was good.Tinidazole is an ideal Medicine for infected root canal.
