摘要

为深入探讨第三代维甲类化合物 Ro13-7410诱导白血病细胞凋亡和分化的机制

本文采用 PCR-ELISA 和 PCR-PAGE 两种方法观察了 Ro13-7410对 HL-60细胞端粒酶活性的影响。实验结果显示在Ro13-7410诱导 HL-60细胞凋亡和分化的过程中端粒酶活性逐渐下降。结论:Ro13-7410能明显抑制 HL-60细胞端粒酶活性

且可能与白血病细胞的增殖抑制和诱导凋亡及分化作用有关.

Abstract

Our previous studies showed that HL-60 cells treated with Ro13-7410 exhibited apoptosis and differentiation.To determine whether the effects are associated with the alteration of telomerase activity
