摘要

本文对152例医院感染性肺炎进行了病例对照研究和危险因素分析。在单因素分析中发现病例组的年龄、住院时间、伴存基础疾病（心脑血管病、慢性肺部疾患、恶性肿瘤等）、住过 ICU 及吸氧的比例均高于对照组

其差别均有显著意义;进而做 Logistic 回归逐步法分析

吸氧、住院时间长、住过 ICU 仍为罹患医院感染性肺炎的危险困素。

Abstract

152 nosocomial pneumonia cases and 152 controls(no pneumonia)were selected from 11194 inpatients of a teaching hospital for case control study.Some important risk factors of acquiring nosocomial pneumonia were found

such as old age

long time of hospitalization

having chronic diseases(chronic lung diseases

tumors

diabetes

etc.)

in ICU and had oxygen taking in simple factor analysis.But only oxygen taking

long time of hospitalization and in ICU were significant in logistic regression.
