摘要

将护骨胶囊用于80例自然绝经或人工绝经10年内的妇女

通过前瞻性观察用药前后骨矿物质含量（Bone Mineral Content

BMC）、骨代谢尿钙/肌酐（Ca/Cr）、尿羟脯氨酸/肌酐（HOP/Cr）值的变化

以尼尔雌醇为对照

探讨其对绝经后妇女骨量及骨代谢的作用。结果显示用药后尿 Ca/Cr 及尿 HOP/Cr 值明显低于用药前（P<0.05）

BMC 测定用药前后均值比较无显著差异（P>0.05）

但用药后有上升趋势

结果同尼尔雌醇。说明护骨胶囊有调节骨代谢向正平衡发展作用

有抗骨质丢失作用。

Abstract

Eighty postmenopausal or artificial postmenopausal women treated with hugu capsule were observed for bone mineral content(BMC)

urine calcium and urine Hop/Cr.The results showed that the scort of urine Ca/Cr

urine Hop/Cr was decreased after hugu cap sule treatment(P<0.05

P<0.05)and that the value of BMC after treatment with hugu capsule was higher than that before treatment.However

there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Similar response was found in the control group treated with Netestriol.The results suggest that hugu capsule regulates bone metabolism by inhibiting bone resorplion and reducing bone loss.IT is useful for osteoporosis.
