摘要

体外冲击波治疗泌尿道结石

这强大的冲击波对术前心电图（ECG）异常患者在术中ECG的影响如何?本文对138例泌尿道结石病人中的19例术前心电异常的患者在术中进行了ECG的观察。其结果未发生改变的患者12例

占68.42％;发生进一步改变的患者7例占31.58％。采用了暂时停冲击或同步冲击波治疗的方法

严重者中止本次治疗。认为术前有轻度ECG改变患者接受体外冲击波治疗术并非禁忌

但对ECG严重改变并确诊为冠心病、高心病等患者应谨慎

Abstract

This articie observed the change of electrocardiogram(ECG)for 19 cases of present abnormal ECG in extracorporeal shock-wave (lithotripsy (ESWL) .The results showed that 12 cases (68.42%) had not any changes

while 7 cases (31.58) were worse during the time of ESWL. We adopted the intermittent shocking wave and thesynchronous shocking wave to treat 5 cases. Only 2cases were forced to stop this way durisg the time ESWL. Our results suggest that ESWL be accepted by those with light changes on ECG. Meanwhile

it should be cearefull for those ECG badly changed .and the patients suffered from coronary heart disease and hypertension heart diseases
