摘要

蛤蚧乙醇提取液可使18月龄大鼠子宫卵巢重量增加22.73%、血中雌二醇（E

）水平增高170.38％和卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平降低19.91%

与对照组相比均有显著差异（分别P

0.05或p

0.01）。在动情周期的不同阶段

上述三指标的变化率也有所差异。作者认为

实验结果提示蛤蚧提取液具有雌激素样作用

能直接作用于外周性器官组织

引起卵巢分泌E

水平增高

而E

水平的增高可反馈控制血中FSH水平

Abstract

The changes in the weight of rat’s sex organ and serum estrogen (E2) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels after injecting the elhanol extract of G-ecko (a kind of Chinese Medicinal Herb) were observed. The results indicate that G.gecko may increase the weight of rat’s ovary and uterus (P<C0.05)

and significantly elevate the level of Ei(P<0.01) and decrease the level of FSH(P<0.05). When the G.gccko extract was given at the different phases in oestrous cycle

the changes of the three items mentioned above were different. We consider that G

gecko may directly

act on the sex organs

promote the ovary to secrete more E3 and in turn product a negative feedback to depress the FSH secretion
