摘要

1990年7月～11月

我们用ELISA间接测定法对42侧住院病人（脑梗塞20例

其它神经疾病22例）进行了血清抗心磷脂抗体的检测.结果表明:脑梗塞组抗体含量增高者多于其它神经疾病组（35%与9.1%

p<0.05）;且抗体增高主要发生在缺血性脑血管病的急性期

这种变化是脑血栓前状态或发病后自身免疫改变

值得进一步研究

Abstract

We assay the levels of scrum anticardiolipin antibody of the fouty-four patients with neurological diseases by using ELISA indirect method (20 patients with cerebral infarction

22 patients with other neurological diseases). The result showed ant icardiolipin antibody levels were higher in patients with Cerebral infarction than those with other neurological diseases (35% and 9.1%

P< 0.05). The levels of anticardiolipin antibody were elevated significantly mainly in acute stage in the ischemic cerobravascular disease. Whether this is a cerebral prethrombotic state or an autoimmunoreaction deserves further study
