摘要

本文报告112例鼻咽癌放射治疗后经3年的跟踪随访

血清抗EB病毒VcA-IgA滴度的研究作出对预后的估计.结果如下:单纯以抗EB病毒VcA-IgA滴度的增高或降低来决定复发是困难的

而要作3年跟踪随访VcA-IgA滴度的动态观察才能决定病人的预后.如果VcA-IgA滴度≥1:40复发机会多

3年后VcA-IgA滴度≤1:10复发机会少

Abstract

The paper reports 112 cases of nasophryngeal carcinoma.Auti EBV VcA-IgA titer was studied to assess prognosis with a follow-up of three years after radiotherapy.The results are as follows. It’s difficult to decide recurrence by the increase or the decrease of Anti-EBV VcA-lgA titer. The VcA-lgA liter in the movement observation in three years follow-up of the patients’ prognosis was to be decided.If VcA-lgA tiler is≥1:40 there is more recurrence after three years

If VcA-IgA titer is≤1:1.0 the recurrence rate is less
