摘要

研究SD鼠大脑中动脉闭塞（MCA-0）模型的稳定性及定量分析方法.采用电凝法闭塞MCA.闭塞时采用低位骨窗法并注意到MCA血管变异对模型稳定性的影响.观测了鼠在MCA后脑梗塞体积（Infarct volume

Ⅳ）、组织病理学及神经功能缺失征（NDS）的变化.结果表明本模型所致脑梗塞的稳定性良好

Ⅳ变异系数（CV）为:CV6hr.18.19%、CV24hr.8.34%及Cv7d17.27%

Abstract

The rcproducibility of the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCA-o)model on SD rat

and the method of quantitative analysis for this model were studied.MCA -o was made by using of electrocoagulatic method. During operating

by taking approach of lower bone window

and considering the vessel variation of MCA which could influence the model’s reproducibility. The infarct volume.histopatholog-ical changes

and neurological deficits were observed. The results were indicated that the reproducibility of cerebral infarction induced by this model was good. The variation coeffecient of infarct volume on 6h

24h

and 7d after occlusion of MCA were 18.19%

8.34%

and 17.27%

respectively
